A big thank you to Jane Clarke, a poet of national acclaim, who visited our school on the 22nd of June! She shared some of her beautiful poetry with us, as did the children 🙂 The children had the opportunity to ask Jane questions about her poems and also participated in a poetry-writing workshop, much to their enjoyment! What a lovely experience 🙂

A tour of the Etihad Skyline, Croke Park Museum and Leinster House, topped off by a climbing bonanza at Awesome Walls, made for a really enjoyable day!!!
Jack has been practicing his sketching at home! Fantastic work!
The children had great fun putting this chain together. One by one, they put the lollipop sticks in place! A lot of teamwork and cooperation was involved! In this activity, the children observed the build up of potential energy, which was consequently converted to kinetic energy when the chain was released!
